When Chef Kenny's culinary journey started almost 27 years ago, he knew he had a deep passion to provide his guests with memorable culinary experiences. Over the course of his journey, Chef has had varied experiences from cooking for weddings to large Southern Summer BBQ’s, to intimate dining. From the Rittenhouse Hotel to Garces Catering at the Kimmel Center, Chef has had a host of restaurant experiences throughout Philadelphia.
The defining philosophy of Chef’s culinary prowess is to provide his guests with the experience to taste & savor the secret ingredient that sets great food apart from good food - love. He knows that you can feel its undeniable presence in dishes as well the stark contrast of emptiness in its absence.
